All commissions are mostly handled through direct messaging on discord, facebook, tumblr, instagram or email.

As the artist, I have the right to refuse your commission order that I am uncomfortable in doing or am not able to do.

As the artist, I have the right to post my artworks on my social media and use it for my portfolio.

My commissions are for personal use only. You must give proper credit to me when sharing it on social media platforms. (ex: @melkquett3 from tumblr).

My commercial prices range from 2x to 3x the base price so please discuss this with me.

My artworks are absolutely not to be used for selling, minting for cryptocurrency, NFT transactions or AI.

Please ensure that your references and commission details are up to date and written in english. The commission may have additional charges due to the complexity or additional elements.

I reserve the right to make changes to your request (ex: due to artistic style) as I see fit unless otherwise discussed. To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements in the form.

I will do my best to update you on the state of your commission, and feel free to ask for updates! I usually make sure to send different stages of the artwork (sketch/lineart, partial rendering) for revisions and inquiries.

No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

Payment is done in full/half UPFRONT before I start your commission. If you have paid in half upfront, you must pay in full after the final sketch.

Please remember that I have other priorities other than doing artworks so please be understanding that your order may be delayed sometimes.

Revisions are only free 3 times during the sketch period. Any revisions after such as the coloring and rendering phase will have additional charges depending on how complex the revision is.

My payment methods are: GCASH, PayPal, Paymaya and Kofi.

You as the client are responsible for any transaction fees, though I always include it during invoicing.

Refunds are not allowed for a completed piece. Refunds may only be discussed if the artwork is unfinished or if I am unable to do your request. If I have already started the commission, like partially rendered, you may not be able to have a full refund and the work I have done will be subtracted from the full amount.

I also give out coupons for my services! You'll get a 10% off coupon after you first commission me, 20% after your 5th commission, and 50% with your 10th. discounts are also given when you order in bulk.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein. You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me. Violators will be added to a blacklist indefinitely and without warning with any additional appropriate actions taken.
